Obito is definitely strong, but I doubt he’s stronger than Itachi. Yeah he was Juubi’s jinchuriki but we know what happened, right?

Shisui was like a brother to Itachi and Mentor in teaching him, he had one of the most powerful Genjutsu out of all Uchiha. It’s safe to say that Shisui deserves his place in this list as well.

Okay, you must be thinking why Jiraiya is here out of no where? Remember, Itachi Uchiha once mentioned that even if Him and Kisame were to fight Jiraiya, they would lose, so I think that alone places Jiraiya above Itachi Uchiha.

Kakashi Hatake’s father, Sakumo Hatake was a great Shinobi and was stronger than all 3 sannins combined. Too bad we didnt got much of him.

Definitely strong even without 8 gates, but when he opened 8 gates, he was almost able to kill Madara, and I think it’s okay to say that, he got right place in this list!
